Studio Overview

Access to our space and our furniture

Our studio is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old loft building. If walking up two flights of stairs doesn’t work for you, please let us know ahead of time and we can arrange the use of our freight elevator.

We are a 5 minute walk from the Morgan L train (Bogart exit). Street parking is typically available within a few blocks, but we recommend giving yourself extra time to find a spot.

We use rolling chairs, folding chairs, massage tables, step stools and arm rests to get our clients in the most comfortable positions possible. Our massage tables are weight rated for up to 450-500lbs.

We have privacy screens available for tattooing sensitive areas or if you just want a little privacy in our open format space.

We have a kitchen with a fridge that you are welcome to use.
Our bathrooms are located directly across the hall.

Peaceful Vibe

We have music playing at a medium volume to keep it easy to have a conversation with your artist during your session. It is an open floor studio, so you will see other folks being tattooed nearby.
If you have any sensitivity to light, it can be good to bring your sunglasses in case our work lamps are too bright for you. There can be as many as 5 artists working at a time, but on an average day, we have two or three artists working.

We have a couch and chairs in our waiting area and we all sit together at our drawing/dining table for meals and snacks.

Communication

We empower our clients to advocate for their needs and preferences by checking in with you. Want to move your stencil a few more times before settling on your tattoo placement? No problem! Just let us know.

Have something come up during your session that makes you feel like you need a break? Just say the word. We want to make you feel safe and cared for during your whole session.
